Most people who ask us about storage have the same first question: what will it actually cost per year? This post answers that with our real 2026 caravan storage prices, explains what moves the number up or down, and shows how to work out your own figure in a couple of minutes.
All prices below are for January to December 2026 and include 21% Spanish VAT.
The two things that set your price
Caravan storage costs in Spain, as anywhere, come down to two things: how much space your caravan takes up, and how much protection you want over it.
1. Length, including the tow bar
We price in length bands. The length we use is the full length from the tip of the tow bar to the back of the caravan, not the body length in the brochure. A caravan sold as “6.2 m” can easily measure over 7 m with the A-frame, which puts it in the up-to-8 m band. If you are unsure, measure it before you contact us and we can confirm the band.
The maximum length we can take is 12 m.
2. Outdoor, roofed or indoor
- Outdoor: a marked pitch in our fenced yard. The lowest price, and a sensible choice for a caravan with a sound body and seals.
- Roofed: a covered pitch that keeps direct sun and rain off the roof, which is where most UV wear and water ingress begins.
- Indoor: a space inside our storage hall, fully out of the weather. Clearance is 4.5 m, so most caravans and motorhomes fit without trouble.

Monthly or yearly?
If your caravan will stay with us for most of the year, the yearly rate works out cheaper. Take a typical twin-axle tourer that measures 7.5 m with the tow bar, so it sits in the up-to-8 m band:
- Outdoor: €46 × 12 months = €552, against €466 on the yearly rate, a difference of €86.
- Indoor: €94 × 12 months = €1,128, against €932 on the yearly rate, a difference of €196.
Monthly pricing makes more sense if you only need a few months, for example between two long stays, or while you decide whether to keep the caravan in Spain at all.
What the price includes
Your storage fee covers the pitch or space and the security that comes with the yard: CCTV, perimeter fencing and gated, controlled access. We explain how that works day to day in what 24/7 security means at our yard.
Access is by appointment within our opening hours (Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 17:00, Sunday 10:00 to 13:00). That lets us have your caravan ready and keeps the gate under control.
Your caravan stays on your own insurance. If your insurer asks for details of the storage site, we can provide the security information they need.
Extras people often add
These are optional and charged only when you use them. All prices include VAT.
Transport between your campsite and our yard
Plenty of owners would rather not tow the caravan themselves once it is in Spain. We can collect it from the campsite at the end of the season and deliver it back before the next one. Prices depend on the zone:
- Zone 1, €56.65: Camping Laguna, Camping Rubina, Camping Mas Nou
- Zone 2, €59.95: Nautic Almata, Senia Riu, La Gaviota, L’Amfora, Aquarius
- Zone 3, €63.25: Las Dunas, La Ballena Alegre, Salatà
Campsites further south on the Costa Brava are quoted individually. Bikes, fridges and other equipment can travel with the caravan for €26.62 return. Please book transport 7 to 14 days ahead; full details are on our transport services page.
Cleaning and awning work
- Exterior wash: €33 (up to 6 m), €46 (up to 8 m), €59 (over 10 m)
- Special exterior wash: €67, €94 or €120 for the same sizes
- Interior cleaning: €46 per hour
- Awning assembly: €133 for storage customers
- Awning disassembly: €113 for storage customers
A clean caravan going into storage is less likely to come out with algae streaks or black marks under the window rails, so a wash at the end of the season is money well spent. Our winterising checklist covers what else to do before you leave it.
Repairs and servicing
Lars, our technician, handles servicing and repairs on site, from brakes and bearings to electrics, water and gas. It is often convenient to book the annual service while the caravan is already with us. See caravan repairs for everything covered.
How much does caravan storage cost for your caravan?
- Measure the caravan from the tow bar tip to the rear.
- Find your band in the table.
- Choose outdoor, roofed or indoor.
- Add transport if you want us to collect it from the campsite, and any cleaning you would like before or after storage.
As a guide, a 7.5 m caravan stored outdoors for the year costs €466, plus the Zone 2 transport price of €59.95 if we collect it from, say, Camping L’Amfora. We confirm the transport total when you book, depending on how many journeys you need.
