Outdoor storage starts at €26 a month, roofed at €44 and indoor at €53 for a caravan up to 3 m. The price depends on the type of space and the length including the tow bar. Yearly payment saves about two months. All prices include 21% VAT.

Visits are by appointment during opening hours: Monday to Saturday 09:00–17:00 and Sunday 10:00–13:00. Appointments keep the yard secure because nobody walks in unannounced.

We have facility insurance, but we recommend keeping your own caravan insurance. We give you a storage certificate, which many insurers reward with a lower premium.

Caravans, motorhomes, boats and trailers up to 12 m. The indoor hall has a clearance of 4.5 m; the outdoor area has no height limit.

Yes. Most customers store all year and use their caravan on a Costa Brava campsite in summer. Seasonal packages for October–March and April–September are also possible.

All the big campsites around the bay of Roses, in three zones: €56.65, €59.95 and €63.25 per transport. Destinations further south are priced by distance.

Yes. Awning assembly is €133 for storage customers and disassembly €113.

Yes. Lars does annual services, gas and electrical checks, brakes, solar, damp checks and bodywork. An annual service takes 4 to 6 hours and you get a service certificate.
