What types of storage do you offer?

We offer both indoor and outdoor storage options for caravans, motorhomes, and trailers. Our indoor storage provides maximum protection from weather and theft with 24/7 security monitoring, while our outdoor storage offers a cost-effective solution with secure perimeter fencing and controlled access.

How much does storage cost?

Can I access my caravan anytime?

No, you need to make an appointment with the office to access your caravan. This ensures we can provide proper assistance and maintain security at our facility. Please contact us in advance to schedule your visit during our business hours: Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Is my caravan insured while stored?

While we maintain comprehensive security measures and facility insurance, we recommend maintaining your own caravan insurance. Our secure facilities significantly reduce risk, and many insurance companies offer reduced premiums for professionally stored vehicles. We can provide security certificates for insurance purposes.

What size caravans can you accommodate?

We can accommodate caravans and motorhomes of all sizes, from small touring caravans to large A-class motorhomes up to 12 meters in length. Our indoor facility has height clearance of 4.5 meters, and our outdoor areas have no height restrictions. Contact us to discuss specific requirements for oversized vehicles.

What servicing do you provide?

We offer comprehensive caravan servicing including annual safety checks, gas system inspections, electrical testing, brake servicing, tyre checks, and water system maintenance. Our qualified technicians also handle bodywork repairs, window replacements, and interior renovations.

How often should I service my caravan?

We recommend annual servicing for most caravans, or every 12,000 km, whichever comes first. However, if your caravan is used frequently or stored outdoors, more frequent checks may be beneficial. Gas safety checks should be done annually regardless of usage.

Do you provide mobile servicing?

Yes! We offer mobile servicing for basic maintenance and repairs. Our mobile service is perfect for pre-trip checks, minor repairs, and routine maintenance at your location. For major repairs or specialist work, we recommend bringing your caravan to our fully equipped workshop.

How long does servicing take?

A standard annual service typically takes 4-6 hours. Minor repairs can often be completed the same day, while major bodywork or system overhauls may take several days. We'll provide a time estimate when booking and keep you updated on progress throughout the service.

Do you provide service certificates?

Absolutely! We provide detailed service certificates for all work completed, including gas safety certificates and electrical test certificates. These are essential for insurance purposes and warranty claims, and we keep digital records of all services performed on your caravan.

What areas do you cover for transport?

We provide transport services across Costa Brava, Costa del Maresme, and Costa Dorada regions. Our Zone 1 covers local areas (up to 25km), Zone 2 extends to 50km, and Zone 3 covers up to 75km from our facility. Contact us for transport to other regions - we can arrange specialized long-distance transport.

How much does transport cost?

Transport pricing varies by zone: Zone 1 (up to 25km) €85, Zone 2 (up to 50km) €135, and Zone 3 (up to 75km) €195. These prices include both pickup and return delivery. We also offer one-way transport at reduced rates. Check our Transport Services page for detailed pricing.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking transport at least 48 hours in advance, especially during peak season (May-September). For urgent same-day transport, call us directly as we may be able to accommodate based on driver availability. Early booking ensures your preferred time slot and helps us plan efficient routes.

What if my caravan breaks down during transport?

All our transport vehicles are fully insured and our drivers are trained in roadside assistance. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, we'll handle the situation professionally and ensure your caravan reaches its destination safely. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for any transport-related incidents.

Can you transport equipment separately?

Yes! We offer separate equipment transport for awnings, bikes, kayaks, and other caravan accessories. This service is perfect when you want to travel light or need equipment delivered to a different location. Equipment transport rates start from €25 depending on size and distance.

Where are you located?

We're located at Camí de les Vinyes 5, 17485 Vilasacra, Spain. Our facility is easily accessible from the AP-7 motorway and is perfectly positioned to serve the Costa Brava region. We're just minutes from Figueres and well-connected to major camping destinations along the coast.

What are your opening hours?

We're open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. While storage access is available 24/7, our office and workshop operate during these hours. For emergencies outside business hours, you can reach us on our emergency contact number.

Do you offer seasonal packages?

Yes! We offer attractive seasonal storage packages for customers who store their caravans during winter months (October-March) or summer months (April-September). Seasonal packages include reduced daily rates, complimentary basic maintenance checks, and priority booking for transport services.

What payment methods do you accept?
