01 — Security

How the yard
is secured.

The site is fenced on every side and watched by HD cameras day and night. There is one gate, and it only opens by appointment. We are on site every day and know every vehicle in the yard.

Outdoor, roofed or indoor.

All prices and payment options

Outdoor hardstanding is the most affordable. Roofed bays protect against the strong Mediterranean sun, hail and pine resin. The indoor hall is closed on all sides and takes vehicles up to 4.5 m high. Every type takes lengths up to 12 m.

    Outdoor storage

    Open-air hardstanding with perimeter fencing, HD cameras and controlled access. The most affordable choice, ideal if you visit several times a year.

  • Caravan with a full-width awning on a grassy pitch

    Covered storage

    Covered bays that keep UV and hail off the roof while air moves freely underneath. Our most popular option for summer-long storage.

  • Freshly washed Vivaldi caravan, side view

    Indoor storage

    A closed hall with 4.5 m clearance for the longest protection against sun, dust and weather. Best for new caravans and winter storage.

Leave it, fly in,
drive off.

Fly into Girona or take the AVE to Figueres. We can have your caravan washed, checked and parked on your campsite pitch before you land, and collect it when you leave.

05 — Before you arrive

Before you leave

  • Empty the fresh water, waste water and boiler
  • Leave the fridge door ajar
  • Remove food and anything that attracts mice
  • Disconnect the leisure battery or leave it with us to charge
  • Close the gas bottles
  • Check your tyre pressure

What you need to bring

Your registration papers, a copy of your insurance and a spare key. We recommend keeping your own caravan insurance; we provide a storage certificate that many insurers accept for a lower premium.

How much does caravan storage cost?
Outdoor storage starts at €26 a month, roofed at €44 and indoor at €53 for a caravan up to 3 m. The price depends on the type of space and the length including the tow bar. Yearly payment saves about two months. All prices include 21% VAT.
Can I visit my caravan whenever I like?
Visits are by appointment during opening hours: Monday to Saturday 09:00–17:00 and Sunday 10:00–13:00. Appointments keep the yard secure because nobody walks in unannounced.
Is my caravan insured while it’s stored?
We have facility insurance, but we recommend keeping your own caravan insurance. We give you a storage certificate, which many insurers reward with a lower premium.
What sizes can you take?
Caravans, motorhomes, boats and trailers up to 12 m. The indoor hall has a clearance of 4.5 m; the outdoor area has no height limit.
Can I leave my caravan in Spain all year?
Yes. Most customers store all year and use their caravan on a Costa Brava campsite in summer. Seasonal packages for October–March and April–September are also possible.
