Why store here,
not in L’Escala.
Storage in the coastal towns is tight and expensive, and getting a caravan in and out in summer means queues. Vilasacra sits inland, two minutes from AP-7 exit 4, so arriving and leaving is quick in every season.
L’Escala is the old fishing town at the south end of the bay, next to the Greek and Roman ruins of Empúries. Camping Las Dunas in L’Escala is in our zone 3.
